Domestic Shipping Costs: Shipping costs within the United States are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the destination, and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping is available for orders over a specific threshold, which is prominently displayed on our website.
International Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are determined by the destination country, order weight, and dimensions. During the checkout process, shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed based on the shipping method selected.
Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Expedited and Express Shipping: For customers needing faster delivery, we offer expedited and express shipping options at an additional cost. These options, along with their corresponding costs and estimated delivery times, are available at checkout.
1.3. Domestic Shipping
Standard Ground Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Ideal for customers who do not require their order urgently.
Expedited Shipping: Takes 2-4 business days from the date of shipment. This option is recommended for customers who need their order sooner.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. The fastest option available, perfect for last-minute purchases or urgent needs.
PO Box Shipping: Orders shipped to PO Boxes will be delivered via standard shipping only. Express or expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
1.4. Delivery Times

This date takes into account the selected shipping method and processing time. Delivery Schedule: Our carriers deliver Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. If you require a specific delivery date or time, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.
Weekend and Holiday Deliveries: Standard and expedited shipping methods typically do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Express shipping may include Saturday delivery depending on your location, but Sunday delivery is not available.
All orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier to retrieve your package.

Standard International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country. This method is the most cost-effective option for international orders.
Expedited International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country. Ideal for customers who need their order faster than standard shipping allows.
Express International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. This is the fastest option available for international customers who need their order urgently.
2.2. Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery Dates: Estimated delivery dates for international orders are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These estimates take into account processing time, shipping method, and the destination country. Please be aware that these dates are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs Clearance: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Stitchh is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing, and we recommend allowing extra time for your order to clear customs.
Delivery to Restricted Areas: Some international locations may have restricted delivery options due to local regulations, carrier limitations, or other factors. If your location is affected, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping methods or to cancel the affected items.
2.3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely by country, and Stitchh has no control over these charges.
Customs Documentation: Stitchh provides all necessary customs documentation for international shipments. However, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that their order complies with local regulations and requirements. If additional documentation is required, we will work with you to provide it as needed.
Return of International Orders: If you refuse delivery of your international order or if it is returned to us due to customs issues, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We will issue a refund for the merchandise only, minus any shipping and handling fees.

3. Tracking Your Order

Multiple Packages: If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery. Stitchh provides specific holiday shipping deadlines each year to help you plan your purchases.
Weather-Related Delays: Severe weather conditions can impact shipping times, especially for express and expedited shipments. Stitchh is not responsible for delays caused by weather, but we will work with the carrier to ensure your order is delivered as soon as conditions allow.
4.2. Failed Delivery Attempts
Missed Deliveries: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package and a delivery attempt fails, they may leave a notice or attempt redelivery on the following business day. Please follow the carrier’s instructions on the delivery notice to arrange for redelivery or to pick up your package from a local facility.
Held for Pickup: In some cases, the carrier may hold your package at a local facility for pickup if delivery is unsuccessful. You will be notified by the carrier with instructions on how to retrieve your package. Please bring a valid photo ID and your tracking number when picking up your package.
Unclaimed Packages: If your package is held at a local facility and is not claimed within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, or we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
4.3. Incorrect Address
Address Corrections: If you realize that you entered an incorrect shipping address during checkout, please contact our customer service team immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will correct the address before it ships. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and ensure that your order is delivered. In the rare event that your package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund.

While we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, we will pass your preference on to the carrier.
