If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
We may also request additional information or documentation to verify the validity of the order before accepting it. This may include but is not limited to contacting you for confirmation or providing proof of identity or payment.

3.2. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed on the Site at the time you place your order.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your order, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Gujarat, India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement between the parties.
The arbitration shall take place in Gujarat, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
Each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be enforceable in any court having jurisdiction over the matter.

7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Stitchh regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
